After generating over $100 million in coaching revenue, I’ve learned something crucial: Your prospect doesn’t need more information. They need CERTAINTY.

Today, I’m pulling back the curtain on the exact enrollment framework we’ve used to help coaches, consultants and experts sell $5,000-$15,000 packages in just one 45-minute conversation.

No high-pressure tactics. No sleazy closing techniques. No manipulative scripts.

Just a natural conversation that creates incredible clarity and ends with your dream clients happily investing with you.

The Fatal Flaw in Most Enrollment Calls

Before I share my framework, let’s address where most coaches go wrong:

  • They talk too much about themselves.
  • They overwhelm prospects with features and information.
  • They try to “convince” people to buy.
  • They handle objections instead of preventing them.
  • They focus on their methodology instead of their client’s transformation.

These mistakes stem from one fundamental error: believing that enrollment is about persuasion, when it’s actually about clarity.

When you create absolute clarity about where your prospect is, where they want to go, and how you can bridge that gap – the sale becomes the natural next step.

The 45-Minute Enrollment Framework

Here’s my step-by-step enrollment call framework that’s specifically designed for offering and closing high-ticket $5,000-$15,000 packages:

PHASE 1: THE DEEP DIVE (15 minutes)

This is where you uncover the real problem (which is rarely what they initially tell you). Instead of pitching, start with a few power questions:

  • “What’s the biggest challenge you’re facing right now?”
  • “How long has this been a problem?”
  • “What have you tried so far to solve it?”
  • “What’s it costing you to stay stuck in this situation?”
  • “If nothing changes, where will you be in 12 months?”

The key here is to listen more than you talk. Let them do 90% of the talking in this phase. You’re mining for gold – understanding their pain points, previous failures, and the real cost of their problem.

I once had a prospect tell me they just needed “more clients.” By asking these questions, I discovered they were working 80 hours a week, hadn’t taken a vacation in three years, and were on the verge of divorce because of their business stress. That’s the real problem – not “more clients.”

PHASE 2: THE POSSIBILITY BRIDGE (15 minutes)

This is where you transform “impossible” into “inevitable.” Use these steps:

  1. Reflect their situation back to them: “Based on what you’ve shared, it sounds like you’re [summarize their problem]. Is that accurate?”
  2. Share your framework:
    Notice I’m not giving away all 8 steps – just enough to create clarity and confidence.

    • Step 1 of your 8-week process
    • Step 2 of your 8-week process
    • Step 3 of your 8-week process
    • Step 4 of your 8-week process
  3. Share ONE relevant success story:
    Keep this concise. One story is enough. Multiple case studies actually dilute your impact.

    • Where they started (similar to your prospect)
    • What they did (followed your process)
    • Their results (what’s possible)

PHASE 3: THE NATURAL CLOSE (15 minutes)

No pressure tactics needed. Just a few questions to gauge their readiness and commitment:

  • “Based on everything we’ve discussed, do you feel this could work for you?”
  • “On a scale of 1-10, how committed are you to solving this problem?”
  • “Would you like to know what it looks like to work together?”

If they say yes to that last question, present your offer clearly:

  • Program structure
  • Expected outcomes
  • Investment
  • Next steps

Crucial Mindset Shifts for Enrollment Success

The framework is important, but your mindset during the call is even more critical:

  1. You’re not selling coaching. You’re selling certainty.
  2. If you’re not 100% sure you can help them, DO NOT make an offer.
  3. They should be doing 90% of the talking in Phase 1. You’re doing 90% of the LISTENING.
  4. Your price is a filter, not a barrier. It ensures only committed clients join.
  5. Objections mean you failed to create certainty earlier in the call.

What Not To Do on Enrollment Calls

After thousands of calls, here are the biggest mistakes to avoid:

  1. Don’t talk about yourself in the first 15 minutes
  2. Don’t share multiple case studies (one is enough)
  3. Don’t handle objections (prevent them instead)
  4. Don’t negotiate on your program price (you can offer payment plans if genuine)
  5. Don’t try to convince anyone of anything

Your New Enrollment Reality

When you follow this framework, enrollment becomes the EASIEST part of your business, not the hardest.

You’ll find yourself having fewer calls but closing at a much higher percentage.

You’ll attract clients who are decisive, resourceful, and ready to invest.

And most importantly, you’ll never again feel like you need to “sell” anyone on anything.
